Active COVID caseload drops to two in Sarnia-Lambton

One more person has recovered from COVID-19 locally.

Lambton Public Health reported one more resolved case on its website Wednesday night up to 319, resulting in two active cases.

The number of confirmed cases is unchanged since Saturday night at 346 and the death toll stands at 25.

There were 625 new cases reported in Ontario Wednesday.

Provincial health officials are predicting that could increase to 1,000 daily new cases within the next couple weeks.
