Region of Waterloo Public Health is reporting a total of 487 postive cases of COVID-19 across the region.
It happened on Sunday after 13 new cases were reported.
Public Health also reported an increase of COVID-19 related deaths, which is now 25.
The total number of resolved cases across the region is 159.
No new outbreaks were reported with 13 cases still ongoing.
Forest Heights Revera is reporting 98 cases among residents, with 39 staff members testing positive for COVID-19.
Over 4,000 people have been tested for the coronavirus in Waterloo Region.
