Four new cases of COVID-19 in Sarnia-Lambton

The Lambton Health Unit reported late Saturday that there are now 285 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Sarnia-Lambton, up four from Friday with the number of recoveries up two to 243.

The death toll remains at 25.

In it’s daily update Saturday, Bluewater Health reported that there were no patients currently in hospital with the virus while 30 were suspected of having it with tests pending.

There are two institutional outbreaks – at Afton Park Place where a staff member recently tested positive, and at Bluewater Health where three staff members were diagnosed and were isolating at home.
