I don’t mind Mr. French making the case for collecting more tax revenues, but I do mind when he sticks in meaningless boilerplate about economic diversification.

Aerial acrobatics too dangerous
In regards to the Snowbirds jets and the recent fatality, Canadians must recognize the dangers of multi-million dollar technology being used for what is effectively stunting purposes.
The police would charge a motor vehicle for these crimes yet our military uses taxpayer dollars to perform dangerous, deadly manoeuvres. For what purpose?
Flying a multi-ton jet-powered aircraft within inches of another at speeds of several hundred miles per hour is a recipe for death. If these stunts continue, Canada will see more in the morgue and have more tax dollars gone down the drain.
