Keeps fruit and veggies fresh
The semi-permeable material in these reusable bags ensures that moisture and gas exchange occurs preventing a buildup of ethylene, ammonia and carbon dioxide gases , which are released from fruits and vegetables as they ripen. As a result, your food remains fresh 2-3 times longer. I use individual bags for each item taking care not to lessen their effectiveness by piercing holes in the bag.

Ignore anyone who says these don’t work – I’ve done my own side by side testing with two heads of lettuce and these add 10 days+ to the life span of the produce inside.

These bags are disappointingly thin. But there’s 20 in the pack so worth a try.
Next time I will be looking at another brand, CTG? because that’s the brand I originally bought a long time ago at canucky tire and they were excellent [however the price has doubled since pre-Covid years]
This knock off brand will have to do for now, I double bag them and rinse them out for reuse.
Do these keep my stuff fresher? I guess so. We don’t leave veggies in the fridge too long anyway, usually consumed within a week.
