It’s a big day for Overwatch 2 fans as Blizzard has officially revealed the new hero who will join the lineup in Season 4, which starts next week. His name is Lifeweaver and he’s a support.
That’s all Blizzard has confirmed about the newcomer for now, but you won’t have to wait much longer to find out more about Lifeweaver and his abilities. Expect lots of details on that front tomorrow.
Believe me, you’ll want to keep an eye out for the details about this hero dropping. I got a first look at them in action a while back and have mentioned a few times that Lifeweaver has some serious trolling potential. I can’t say anything else just yet, but there will be a lot to talk about tomorrow.
There’s something that feels a little off about the name, though. I imagine we’ll all get used to it in time, but it feels a bit too on the nose for a support. Nevertheless, it’s great to have another support on the roster. I’ll have much more info about Lifeweaver and Season 4 throughout this week.
