The leaders of the top three federal parties campaigned Tuesday in Western Canada. In Edmonton, Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre promised to crack down on offshore tax loopholes. Liberal Leader Mark Carney made an announcement in Delta, B.C. before making his first Alberta stop in a campaign where he’s been drawing a contrast with Premier Danielle Smith.
