The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit reported 25 new cases today, including one from Muskoka Lakes Twp.
The health unit says a teenage girl has contracted the virus in the community and is self-isolating. A man in his 70’s from Lake of Bays also tested positive and is self-isolating.
Meanwhile the province reported 173 new cases with 11 more deaths.
The provincial total of confirmed cases now stands at 33,095 with 85.4 per cent considered resolved.
