Ottawa, Ont., December 16, 2021 – Classic Fire + Life Safety announces the opening of its first office in the Greater Ottawa Region. Located at 195 Menten Place in Nepean, the new location will focus on fire protection for new construction, inspections on existing facilities and general technical support and service. The office opened in November with eight employees and expects to fill four more positions by summer. In December, the company appointed Brad Forbes as its first dedicated sales account manager in the region.
“Like our business model and corporate culture, we’ve built out this new location with the customer in mind,” says Francois Godin, CEO of Classic Fire + Life Safety, the company that was formed earlier this year by the uniting of Classic Fire Protection and FCFP. “We’ve taken our time to prepare ourselves and are confident that our team, with Trevor leading operations and Brad driving sales, will provide the level of service that customers have come to expect from us.”

Prior to the opening, the FCFP team had serviced the Ottawa region for the past six years through a client partnership and combination of facility and home offices. Experienced in estimating, design, installation, service and maintenance, the Classic Fire + Life Safety team in Ottawa offers 24 hours / seven days a week service to respond to the fire protection needs of companies, institutions and other facilities in the region.
