Hall of Fame manager Bobby Cox, who led the Atlanta Braves to the 1995 World Series title, is dead at 84 years old, the team announced Saturday.
Cox also spent four years managing the Toronto Blue Jays from 1982 to 1985, leading the team to its first division title.

He was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2014.
Cox, two-time champion, won his first World Series as first-base coach with the New York Yankees in 1977.
He previously spent two years as a player in MLB in 1968 and 1969, both with the Yankees. Over 220 games, Cox hit .225 with nine home runs and 58 RBIs mostly as a third baseman.
