Once a month military reservists from Alberta’s 41-Brigade Group descend upon Canadian Forces Base Suffield to learn basics and advanced training for their jobs as part-time soldiers. Brigade Commander Col. Chris Hunt says reserve recruitment has been ramped up and many of the soldiers hope to take part in Canada’s long-term commitment to the Canadian-led NATO base in Latvia.
