The most expensive house for sale in the City of Vancouver this month is a $28-million concrete-and-steel home in Point Grey, and the city’s top 10 is split between the University Endowment area, Point Grey, Shaughnessy and the waterfront along Point Grey Road in Kitsilano.
The region’s very highest asking prices, up to $58.8 million, are across the water in West Vancouver, which we cover in our national list. With national sales flat for four straight months, according to CREA, and the Bank of Canada deciding on rates Oct. 28, more than half of these homes have been on the market for at least 90 days.
How we built this list: We ranked detached houses within the City of Vancouver (including the University Endowment Lands area) by asking price, using active listings on REW.ca checked individually on Oct. 1, 2026. Two Belmont Avenue parcels asking $32 million and $30 million and an $18.99-million Drummond Drive lot are excluded because they are marketed as land or development sites rather than homes. None of these listings has a publicly reported celebrity owner.
