The Milwaukee Brewers starter exited in the sixth inning against the Washington Nationals with an apparent injury.
Misiorowski was through 5.1 no-hit innings with eight strikeouts before calling trainers out to the mound mid at-bat. He threw a 98.9 m.p.h. fastball to James Wood before motioning to his dugout and coming out of the game.
There was no immediate announcement of what forced him to leave.
The 24-year-old has taken his spot atop the Brewers’ rotation in 2026. He entered Friday with a 3.31 ERA and 51 strikeouts in 32.2 innings of work.
