Good Bless America Again,
you see all the trouble she is presently in.
Wash Lady Liberty’s face, clean up the mess we have made,
and then God please Bless America Again.
God, I sure wish You’d Bless America again,
When this experiment first began long ago,
You blessed Her then, but we have forgotten Your Plan,

People are getting hurt in this wonderful land,
some born here, others hoping to be landed Americans someday.
Anger and hate fill our neighbour’s breasts almost every day,
so we need You to Bless America Again.
Ignorance and misinformation rule this hope-filled land,
as our brothers and sisters turn upon those who don’t understand,
we are told to eject those whose hope it is to stay,
so God please Bless this Land with Peace Someway.
I don’t understand what is going on in America Lord,
It’s complicated and confusing to most of the US.
Too much information, with little understanding,
Oh God please Bless US, Everyone.

Grant US understanding of what the Founding Fathers planned.
What did they have in mind, placing many different people in one place,
Are our differences a strength or a perilous curse?
God we need Your Blessings this day.
Guide the US to a peace-filled place, where our children can play.
Our futures are in our hands, so impress upon the US Your plan.
America was once a land of opportunity for all,
but now the rich hover over the many poor in this hard land.
God Bless America again,
allowing the US the chance to rebuild and begin again.
Our cities are crumbling, too many seek help each day,
God Bless Those Who Help Others Today!
