A heated throw is one of the cheapest ways to stay comfortable when the thermostat stays low. Amazon.ca lists thousands of them, from about $30 to well over $100. We read through the search results and product pages and picked five with large review counts and a range of prices. Prices and ratings below were shown on the listings on Nov. 3, 2026, and may change.
One safety note first. Health Canada has warned that JKMAX heated blankets and heating pads sold on Amazon.ca can overheat. We reported on that warning, and none of the products below are from that brand.

How we chose and what to know
We looked at Amazon.ca search results for electric heated throws and picked five 50 by 60 inch models with at least 2,400 ratings, a clear price and listed auto shut-off. We have not tested them, and we did not read individual customer reviews for this guide, so the ratings above are the listing averages. Look for ETL, CSA or UL marks, never fold or bunch a heated blanket while it is on, keep it away from pets that chew, and unplug it when you are done. Stop using any blanket that feels hot in one spot or shows damage. Prices are accurate as of Nov. 3, 2026, and may change.
