No one matched all the numbers in either of Canada’s two national lottery draws this week, sending both jackpots into the next round. Daily Grand drew fresh numbers on Sept. 21, and Lotto Max’s $55 million jackpot went unclaimed in the Sept. 22 draw, along with all four MaxMillions prizes on offer that night. Here is the full breakdown of both draws, along with the estimated jackpots for the next round.
Daily Grand, Sept. 21
The winning numbers for Monday’s Daily Grand draw were 3, 18, 30, 35 and 44, with a Grand Number of 6. Daily Grand’s top prize is a fixed $1,000 a day for life, or a $7 million lump sum for winners who prefer a one-time payout. The second prize pays $25,000 a year for life, or a $500,000 lump sum. Fifteen bonus-draw winners each collected $31,000. The next Daily Grand draw is Thursday, with the same $1,000-a-day-for-life top prize on offer.
Lotto Max, Sept. 22
Tuesday’s Lotto Max draw produced the numbers 1, 10, 12, 17, 30, 37 and 42, with a bonus number of 8. The $55 million jackpot was not won, and none of the four MaxMillions prizes of $1 million each were claimed either. Seven MaxPlus prizes worth $100,000 apiece were won in British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec. With the jackpot rolling over, Friday’s Sept. 25 Lotto Max draw is estimated at $60 million, with six MaxMillions prizes also up for grabs.
Lotto 6/49 is next scheduled to draw Wednesday night, with results to follow in a future roundup once they are confirmed with the lottery corporations.
