2020 Cain's Quest Race Kicks off in Labrador City

An extreme off-trail snowmobile race where teams battle through some of the most remote areas of Labrador kicked off today.

Starting in December of 2012, Cain’s Quest Inc. is a volunteer- run, non-profit organization that puts off Canada’s toughest and the world’s longest snowmobile endurance race.

Labrador City has been buzzing with activity as the teams prepare. Teams, from as far as Finland, are revving up their engines – some are first time riders.

It is also the first year that teams consisting of all women are signed up. There are two ready to hit the trails.
