It costs less to fill up at the pumps across P.E.I. after the price of gas dropped overnight.
In its latest adjustment, which went into effect at 12:01 a.m. on June 16, the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission (IRAC) announced the price of gas dropped by 4.0 cents per litre (cpl).
IRAC said the prices of furnace oil and diesel decreased by 3.0 cpl.
With the changes, the price of gas ranges from 161.0 to 162.2 cpl while the maximum price of furnace oil is 98.6 cpl.
The price of diesel ranges from 154.1 to 155.3 cpl.
There were also changes to propane prices, which range from 78.5 to 81.0 cpl.
