Staples Canada celebrates new-and-improved Working and Learning store

Staples Canada is bringing a new, enhanced retail experience to Calgary, Alberta. Local media and community members are invited to take part in a grand opening celebration at University District, 3909 University Ave. on Saturday, June 25 of the new-and-improved Working and Learning store in Calgary, which will begin with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 8:55 a.m.

Local dignitaries will be on hand to celebrate the official opening of this new in-store experience. The space introduces Staples Studio’s first coworking location in Alberta and the largest in Canada, featuring a collaborative, open-concept environment. The store will offer hundreds of new and exclusive products, including a curated assortment of feature products. It will also feature new and inspiring workspaces vignettes, technology product displays, a Gaming Zone, a pen bar, journal bar, and more. Visitors will also find an expanded technology assortment in-store that includes more audio, smart home and office, computer, networking, and video conferencing solutions.

The first 100 guests in line will receive Staples Canada gift cards valued at up to $100 and all guests will benefit from a 10 per cent discount on select products.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be taking place prior to the grand opening to customers at 9 a.m., and we are able to provide videos and high-res images after the grand opening event as well.
