Enrollment on Arrival Program at select Buffalo Field Office Ports of Entry
BUFFALO, N.Y. – U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Buffalo Field Office is announcing Enrollment on Arrival interview availability at the Buffalo, Alexandria Bay, and Champlain ports of entry this summer.
The CBP Enrollment on Arrival Program allows Global Entry and NEXUS applicants who are conditionally approved to complete their United States portion of their interview upon arrival to the United States. The program also eliminates the need for trusted traveler applicants to schedule an interview at an enrollment center to complete the application process. However, NEXUS applicants will still be required to complete an interview with the Canada Border Services Agency if they have not already done so.
Between July 13, 2025, and August 23, 2025, conditionally approved Global Entry and NEXUS applicants of CBP’s Trusted Traveler Programs can complete their required United States interview portion of the enrollment process at the following Buffalo Field Office locations:
- Buffalo, NY Port of Entry: Peace Bridge and Lewiston Bridge Crossings
- Monday-Thursday from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM EST.
- Alexandria Bay, NY Port of Entry
- Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM EST.
- Champlain, NY Port of Entry
- Sunday-Saturday from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM EST.
