Walking into the ’23 Buckhorn Festival of the Arts, the bright primary colours of Heather Lovat Fraser caught my attention. Using primary colors and lines that curl and curve she has developed a whimsical style showing scenes from city, cottage, and Newfoundland.
She says that the Buckhorn Festival of the Arts is her favourite show. For her it is a combination of little cabins and music playing like a real festival.
