Toronto police have identified the suspect in a hit-and-run that injured four people on Toronto Metropolitan University’s downtown campus. Insp. Errol Watson said at a news conference that the suspect is considered dangerous, and police believe he used his vehicle for a targeted attack against a specific person on a pedestrian walkway.
