Calgary-born pop star Tate McRae performed at the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in Los Angeles on Sunday night, singing Sports Car, Dear God and her new single Housewife as models walked the runway, People magazine reported.
McRae shared the musical lineup with Megan Thee Stallion, country singer Megan Moroney and the group Katseye, USA Today reported. She performed in red lingerie, and Gigi Hadid walked in shimmering silver wings during her set.
The show was the brand’s first in Los Angeles after two editions in New York. McRae released Housewife on Oct. 15, days before the show, as we reported last week.
The biggest runway headline went to Kylie Jenner, who made her Victoria’s Secret debut in the Fantasy Bra, which returned to the show for the first time in eight years. People reported the bra is valued at US$50 million, weighs about four pounds and features 4,410 natural diamonds and a 75.54-carat yellow diamond, and that 15 craftspeople spent 1,000 hours making it.
USA Today reported the piece, designed with Jacob & Co., is the most expensive Fantasy Bra in the brand’s history, surpassing the US$15-million bra Gisele Bündchen wore in 2000. Jenner’s boyfriend, actor Timothée Chalamet, sat front row.
Brazilian model Adriana Lima, one of the brand’s best-known Angels, led the finale with Alessandra Ambrosio. People reported it was Lima’s 21st Victoria’s Secret show and Ambrosio’s 20th. Searches for Lima topped 50,000 in Canada on Google Trends after the show.
Bella Hadid opened the show, USA Today reported. Barbara Palvin walked about six weeks after giving birth and told People that coming back so soon was “not that big of a deal.” Elsa Hosk also returned months after having a baby.
Soccer star Trinity Rodman and Natalia Bryant, daughter of the late Kobe Bryant, made their Victoria’s Secret runway debuts, USA Today reported. Solange Omon walked as the brand’s newest Angel after winning its Angels Among Us competition, and told People she was “shocked” to be chosen.
Searches for models Kaia Gerber and Candice Swanepoel also climbed in Canada. Swanepoel was among the models listed as confirmed before the show, but post-show reports from People and USA Today did not describe either model’s walk, and Canada News Media could not independently confirm their appearances.
Earlier in 2026, McRae was among the Canadian stars who missed this year’s Junos.
