NEW: Before the start of the Foreign Affairs Council, the Foreign Minister of Denmark will hand over a letter to the High Representative formally informing him about Denmark ending its opt-out from the Common Security and Defence Policy followed by short statements. It will take place in Salle A at 8.45 and it will be open to media.
Meeting point for those interested to attend: VIP entrance at 8.30h.

The press conference will take place in a hybrid format: EU accredited journalists will be able to participate and ask questions either remotely or in person in the ECCL press room in Luxembourg.
