Chase Delorme-Rowan is set to have part of his skull replaced after it was mistakenly tossed away during brain surgery. His skull was cracked from top to bottom after he was slammed to the ground at a bar during a family vacation to celebrate his 18th birthday. Doctors on the Caribbean island removed a piece of the skull to give his swollen brain room to heal but didn’t put it back. (April 7, 2025)
