The authority said it has implemented enhanced infection prevention and control precautions, including deep cleaning and contact tracing at both facilities.
Health officials said outbreaks at Yaletown House and Peace Arch Hospital have been declared over. In total, 15 long-term care or assisted-living homes and three acute-care facilities have active outbreaks.
On Thursday, the Langley school district confirmed a case at Gordon Greenwood Elementary School. Parents are being contacted directly by Fraser Health if their child is at risk of exposure to the virus.
Fraser Health said an individual with COVID-19 was at the school on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week. Health officials are contact tracing to identify any staff and students who need to quarantine or self-monitor for symptoms.
Fraser Health recommended students continue to attend school unless they have been contacted by the health authority and asked to stay home.
There have been 3,440 cases of COVID-19 in the Vancouver Coastal Health region, 4,791 in the Fraser Health region, 209 in the Island Health region, 535 in the Interior Health region, 318 in the Northern Health region and 88 cases of people who reside outside of Canada; 7,813 people who tested positive have recovered.
