Ontarians remain deeply divided over the fate of homeless encampments as they have been exploding in recent years due to rising cost of living and housing, addiction and mental health illnesses. But Sean Horrell, an outreach worker at 519Pursuit, is determined to continue delivering hot meals and supplies to those campsites as long as they exist.
