Social distancing will not stop all Okanagan real estate deals – Kelowna News – Castanet.net


The pandemic will impact the real estate industry like it will the rest of the business world.

Thanks to technology, however, deals can be completed without ever having to leaving your home.

“We know this because we’ve been catering to out-of-town buyers for some time,” Vantage West founder AJ Hazzi said Tuesday. “The good news is you’ve got buyers who want to buy right now, sellers that want to sell, you’ve got Realtors that want to do business, and we’ve got the technology and the tools to keep doing it.”
