VANCOUVER —
Another COVID-19 update is coming for B.C. Wednesday afternoon.
In a written statement, the health ministry will provide details on the latest cases, deaths and outbreaks related to the coronavirus.
On Tuesday, officials said 33 more people had tested positive in a 24-hour period. The latest numbers pushed B.C.’s rolling weekly average down to 46 cases per day, marking a small dip that followed seven consecutive days of gradually increasing averages.
As of Tuesday, there were still 66 patients battling COVID-19 in hospital, including 14 in intensive care.
This is a developing story. Check back for updates.
