For Amazon Prime Day, the Apple Watch Series 7 has dropped to the lowest price we’ve ever seen: Just $279 for the 41mm GPS model. That’s $120 off the regular $399 list price, and a rare deal since Apple hardly ever slashes the prices on its bestsellers. But you’ll have to hurry if you want to take advantage—this deal ends July 14 at 3 am (Eastern time).
Right now, the 41mm GPS version of the smartwatch is only available in red and green, and those shades are likely to sell out within the next few hours given the high demand around this deal. This is likely the last time you’ll see the Apple Watch Series 7 at this price until Black Friday, so we recommend adding one of the two remaining colorways to your cart ASAP. If you’re not a fan of the bold shades, keep in mind that you can always swap out the band for a more subtle one.
The Apple Watch Series 7 Prime Day deal also applies to the 45mm GPS version of device (which is marked down to $309) and the 45mm GPS + Cellular option (which is marked down to $409). These options give more opportunities to save, and a greater chance to nab the color you’ve had your eye on since more colors remain in stock.
Apple introduced the Series 7 last fall with noticeable improvements from its predecessor. It has a 20% larger screen—which means you can fit an entire keyboard on the face for easier texting—and 40% thinner borders than the Series 6 for a more streamlined fit. The watch’s battery can last 18 hours, same as its predecessors; but, it adds fast charging, and can charge 33% faster than other models. The Always-On Retina display means you don’t need to flip your wrist to see the time, another subtle advancement in its design.
