Red Sox extend win streak to 14 with late homer vs. Orioles

The Boston Red Sox have dramatically extended their historic win streak.

Caleb Durbin sent a home run over the Monster at Fenway Park in the eighth inning to break a 5-5 tie, as the Red Sox rallied past the Baltimore Orioles 6-5 on Monday.

The Orioles led the game at three different points, but the Red Sox rallied to tie each time before Durbin’s heroics.

The Red Sox have now won 14 games in a row, which is the second-longest win streak in franchise history. They can tie the record, which has stood for 80 years, with a 15th-straight win on Tuesday.
