Serena Williams loses first match in return to singles action at Wimbledon

Serena Williams’ return to singles at Wimbledon was short-lived.

The tennis legend dropped her first-round match 3-6, 7-6, 3-6 against unseeded Australian Maya Joint on Tuesday at the All England Club.

Williams looked to be in trouble in the second set but was able to win the tiebreak before losing steam in the third set.
